Adult Therapy
Individual psychotherapy for adults suffering from emotional pain. Talk Therapy is used to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in order to gain greater insight and self-awareness. Supportive techniques and a safe environment are then utilized to challenge and replace painful and faulty thoughts with adaptive and healthy ones. The result will include greater insight as well as improved problem solving techniques. The goals are not only symptom relief but overall improvements in your quality of living.
Walk and talk
Take our sessions outdoors. Walking has many physical and emotional benefits including lowering stress and anxiety and decreasing depression. Combining talking and walking merges the best of both. Geriatric and Caregiver Services
Individual psychotherapy for elderly adults suffering from changes, losses and emotional pain. Techniques used to help improve coping skills with the goal of easing adjustment and accepting changes. Cognitive techniques can be used to help slow memory loss. Visits can take place at residence of patient.

Caregiver therapy is aimed at helping those who care for their elderly loved ones find balance, acceptance and skills to manage their current and new roles and responsibilities.
